This pie is so creamy and amazing. I would also recommend only putting in about 1/2 to 3/4 of a cup of half and half b/c it is a very liquidy filling. And I baked mine for 60-70 minutes to get it to be the right consistency. Just a heads up. But overall this is delicious. Everyone loved it!

I just made this to test the pie out before Thanksgiving, and I will definitely be adding this to the list. I was a little nervous about the consistency, but it came out great. I also used a graham cracker crust and it tasted delicious.

It is, indeed, a crowd pleaser. = I did follow user reviews and used two premade frozen pie crusts, used a 1/2 cup of the half and half, add a little more cinnamon and ground ginger than the recipe asks for, and baked it a lot longer than the 50 minutes with foil protecting the pie crust edges. I didn't like it room temperature, but it was good chilled. Make it!

I don't normally care for pumpkin pie, but I LOVE this one. I could eat it all the time. It tastes very much like a cheesecake and everyone I had try it just loved it. I baked it for 85 minutes and it was perfect! I also used store bought frozen 9 inch pie crusts and had enough filling for 2 pies - YUM! Paula - you are the queen!
