I made this for Thanksgiving and had lots of pumpkin pie haters who finally tried this and asked for more!!! I thought it would be hard to make a "roll", but was really happy with how easy it was. It was not the usual cream cheese filling, and I think I like this better!!

Everyone loved this! Be sure to mix the gelatin in before it cools too much - I learned this the hard way and had weird clumps of it in the filling.

The very best Pumpkin Roll cake I've ever had. The family enjoyed it during the holidays and it is now expected for me to make it every year.

This recipe may sound difficult, but it waas soooo easy to make. I made this last year.

I made two rolls and they were gone in three days!

Just bought the ingredients to make more for this Christmas!

Thanks Paula for one screamin' recipe that goes into my file!

It was a very fun cake to make I alway's thought jelly rolls were hard to make but it isn't. The cake was good but to me it was very rich. But I am glad I made it because I have learned to do something that I didn't think I could do.

I think this recipe is great. Its a delicous dessert that any one can enjoy and is good on any ocation and i think everyone will enjoy it.

I'll give it 3 stars tho I have not yet tried it...it just sounds good! I just finished watching Paula make this on TV and had to laugh......especially when I saw one of the reviews (that's why I came to this area...one of you had a difficult time unrolling the cake. Well, so did Paula! She started to unroll it per the recipe, but stopped on the first roll and said something like "that's as far as I'm going to roll him". It was sticking. Her way works; both of her ways - the way the recipe calls for and the way she did it on air! So don't fret if the cake sticks and you can't unroll it all the way. P.S. I'll NEVER UNDERSTAND why Paula and some of the other chefs have to give pronouns to their foods! HIM? HER? yikes, when they call a chicken (or whatever a "HIM" and hold "him" up and say "isn't HE cute?"......I get SICK!
