This cake was yummy. It got rave reviews from the family on Thanksgiving. The only problem I had was the cake cracking/splitting when i tried to re-roll it the 2nd time after putting in the filling. Any clue on how to solve this problem? Other than that, it is a keeper recipe.

I find this receipe to be easy to follow. Excellent taste and of course beautiful. Paula is such an amazing cook. The texture is excellent, the smooth filling, the crunch and the caramel sauce. Superb.
