    This recipe is great. Instead of frying the wings, I cooked them on a charcoal grill with indirect heat for about an hour, then crisped them up on the grill. The sauce is great. I had some left over chipotle peppers from another recipe. I added those to the sauce instead of the red pepper flakes. These wings are winners
