This was different than other potato salad recipes I've made. My whole family loved it.

The sweet red potatoes with the tangy dijon mustard and red wine vinegar. Yummy!

I've had several comments that this salad is much better than the traditional, mostly mayonaise version. I love the dressing on this.

I thought it was good. I feel sorry for the person before me who thought it was only 1/2 cup of diced potatoes. LOL.

Are my eyes goofy or does the recipe only call for 1/2 c of the diced potatoes? And this is to feed 8-10 people ?? Anyone have a correct version....if so, thanks so much in advance.

I wasn't sure there would be any left to serve tomorrow. I had to continue to taste it to be sure it was OK...and every bite was better than the last.

I may just be one of you biggest new fans. Your recipes haven't let us down yet! HAPPY 4th of JULY to you and your family.

Buy 4 & 1/2 pounds of potatoes for this recipe. We added the dressing while the potatoes were warm. After they cooled, we added the finely chopped green pepper and onions. We also added about 3 tablespoons finely chopped fresh dill. We made the salad the night before. Very tasty!

I am a traditional potato salad girl, but I love Paula, and I knew I couldn't go wrong with one of her recipe's, so I tried this, and I was so shocked by how delicous it is. I don't know if I can go back to regular potato salad after this, my whole family loved it. I also tried the baby back ribs from this episode and they were DYNAMITE. YUM YUM YUM.

Big hit with the family and friends. Can make in advance, which is nice...However, found leftovers to be a bit greasy so I will cut back on the oil slightly next time. Another wonderful recipe by Paula! Thanks.
