I am very particular about potato salad, but since finding this recipe I'll make no other. It's great and my husband loves it as well. When I have to make a dish for a picnic, I always say I'll bring potato salad so that I can make it.

Several of my family members are not big "Mayo" fans, so this was perfect. I tossed in a little chopped celery for some extra crunch.

I was hoping there would be leftovers for the next day ~ but it was such a hit, they ate it all!

Basic, simple potato taste. Refreshing. Not a lot of creaminess - as expected. Not overwhelming. But subtle flavors.

This is a great recipe for people who don't like the traditional mayo based potato salads. My husband liked it but it wasn't right for his palate. I like foods with lots of vinegar/acid so this was perfect for me. I even put the potatoes on plain mixed greens and it was great. This is a wonderful recipe for left over potatoes. I always have all the ingredients the recipe calls for on hand.

It was full of flavor and it was so easy and those recipes are the ones you want to make them alot.

Thank you for making my life easier because of you we can have great meals with not a big cost and don't have to fill the need to by an expensive appliance in order to make a wonderful meal so thanks.

It wasn't a pure mayo potato salad, it wasn't a pure oil/vinegar one either, its a great blend of the two.

This was very easy to make. It was great cold; we had several helpings. My Mom said it tasted like something you would get at an expensive restaurant!

This is easily one of the best potato salad recipes I've had. I had some red potatoes to use up and decided to give this recipe a try. Definitely a keeper!

I was raised on my Grandma's potato salad and have never had anything even close to as good as that until now. It's completely different, but a wonderful way to switch it up. Much lighter with no loss in taste! I added about two tablespoons of chopped fresh dill, and next time I'll consider adding egg, but the recipe on its own is outstanding too - especially the next day!
