    WOW!!! This is so good!! My husband loves it. I have made it three times already in two weeks. He just Loves it!!! So much better than with all that mayo. I put a little bit of carrots in for crunch. Best Potato salad ever!!!

    This one is a keeper. I am asked often to make it. I like it either warm, or at room temperature. I've read in some reviews that people substitute bacon fat for the olive oil. I achieved the same taste in a healthier way, I add a teaspoon or two of liquid smoke to the dressing.

    YUM! My whole family loooved this potato salad. It's a bit different than the traditional potato salad you can get at the store. It has less dressing and mayo-flavor, and much better flavor in its place, so we liked it alot! I added a little bit more bacon and used turkey bacon instead.

    I was pretty good! I got good reviews from people, but I thought it was slightly bland. I added hard boiled eggs for extra flavor, but it didn't cut it. I will use this recipe again, but I'll add more bacon, more dressing and more salt and pepper.

    Love this potato salad!! It's easy & delicious!! It was a big hit with my family!! When I made it I added hard boiled eggs. I will definitely be making my potato salad this way from now on!! Thanks Paula!!
