    The Velvet cupcakes were a nice change from my normal chocolate treats. Everyone was surprised to see the bright red color of the cupcake after they took off the holder. The cream cheese frosting was to die for!

    My kids helped me make this recipe last week and boy were they good! Cupcakes only lasted for 2 days. They devoured them! I am not sure who ate more, my husband or my kids. They have requested them daily and we will be making them again tomorrow. Thanks Paula for another great recipe!

    These cupcakes turned out PINK! They were very moist and dense, but needed the frosting or else they were really bland. They were okay, but I'd find a better recipe....not enough cocoa taste, either.
