I love beets, feta cheese, dill, etc but this recipe just did not have enough taste. Something is missing.

This was incredibly good. I had fresh beets that I roasted and just followed the rest of the recipe...it disappeared!!Thanks Paula.

This was a super easy recipe and I loved the results. A different salad than most others, but very delicious! It will be a favorite way to cook beets!

Sorry, I haven't tried this so shouldn't be rating it. But, I need advise. I only caught a portion of the show today but it looked like the beets were cooked through and crispy like potatoe chips. Were they actually broiled or baked?

I also added a couple of pear(diced and used it as a baby green salad topper. Sweetness of pear worked really well rather tangy feta cheese. With this sald as a topper, you don't even need salad dressing.

Due to not having the exact ingredients, I made a few changes. This was very good, I liked it because it's different. I used white wine vinegar instead of the rice vinegar, and substituted a sprig or two of fresh thyme for the dill. I served it over lettuce. Very good. I think the color is beautiful, but I love beets and feta.

I was looking for a unusual salad for
a wine party. This recipe didn't even
come close. Didn't like dressing and didn't like the look at presentation.

I asked my husband if he liked beets and he said yes! After 23 years of marriage I still learn something new.I tried this recipe and added it to my Greek salad as a topper. It was great.
