    I'll have to admit that I tried this recipe expecting not-so-great results...but it was so odd, I had to try it. Loved it! I will be making it again.

    This recipe was great by itself and served on a bed of lettuce. My sister, who up until the time she tried it, said, "I hate beets!" She asked me to email her the recipe!!!
