Absolutely delish! The lemon zest at the end added just the right hint of acidity to the dish!

Why would anyone like cabbage with lemon?!. The cabbage needs honey and nuts, not lemon zest. Lets face it, there in the cabbage family, they need sweet and sour, not the zest of a lemon. Other wise trim them, half them, saly and pepper them, and use them with a cold slaw dressing, and serve at the fourth of July as cold slaw.

Absolutely delicious! A lot of other recipes like this called for 40 min cook time. My husband and I like our veggies al dente so this recipe was perfect! The lemon added great flavor. This recipe really showcases the brussel sprouts.
