    The marriage of flavors in this dish were heavenly. I am a big fan of roasting veggies ever since watching Guy roast cauliflower florets with EVOO and salt and pepper. Also, Barefoot introduced me to roasted fennel. Now, Paula with this dish. My friends, this is unbelievable!!!!!!!!!! This entire menu was my family's Saturday night dinner tonight. From start to finish, not one of us stopped raving about what a delicious meal it was.
