I had a little over 20 ppl over for Thanksgiving and this was the first time I hosted it or even made a Turkey for that matter...everyone loved it!!!! They asked me to make it again for Christmas! I left the Cranberries out and everything else stood the same......Thanks Paula Deen!

I made this turkey for Thanksgiving dinner (20 people. I used the glaze to pour on the Turkey towards the end. It was delicious, everyone raved about it.

My turkey was moist and very very succulent! I found it was a little under seasoned but I'll definitely keep this in my arsenal!

Tasted great! Used a 7 lb turkey breast. Used butter and olive oil. Didn’t bother making a whole batch of house seasoning just added garlic powder some salt and pepper. Added dry parsley and dry chive. (That is what I had on hand Pored it over the turkey and in the cavity. Stuffed the breast with apple, onion and fresh rosemary. Cooked it in my rotisserie. (Love my rotisserie For the glaze used cranberry sauce (as another review stated and didn’t have apple cider so used applesauce and a little water other than that followed the recipe. Had to thicken the glaze a little with cornstarch and water. Just basted the turkey the last 15 minutes. After slicing the turkey brushed on the glaze. Oh so good. I’m going to use the glaze on ribs next.

Very good. Used this recipe on a 8-10 lb turkey breast (all white meat, which can so often be rather dry and it was INCREDIBLY moist and tender. The only remotely negative thing I could say is that it was too salty. On the House Seasoning blend mentioned at the end of the recipe, in the future I will cut the salt in half while leaving the amounts of pepper and garlic the same. Otherwise, very very good recipe that I will keep.

This is the first time I have actually tried one of the recipes and I am so glad I did. It was great my family loved it...however I did omit the cranberries.
