Enjoyed this marinade especially because it's different. Next time, I will marinade the ham overnight to see if it will enhance the flavor more.

But tastes great. I made fun of my husband for years about eating PB and ham (or bacon sandwiches. For his birthday a year ago, I made this. Thought he could just eat it himself, but then I tried a bite. I would almost liken it to chicken satay, but with ham. Same savory/sweet combo. Cheap, and really good. You won't regret it!! (Make with Alton's stove-top mac-n-cheese.

This is an easy recipe that is superb! The peanut sauce is very versitile and can be used on many things. If you haven't had grilled ham, you don't know what you are missing.

My family loves ham but this recipe ruins the flavor. The peanut butter marinade is too overpowering. It was hard to tell that you were actually eating ham.

the marinated was unappealing to look at, and didn't do much for the ham. Sorry Paula

Very disappointed with this recipe. The ham just tasted like like it had peanut butter smeared on it. To much work put into this for the outcome. Won't be doing this one again.

This turned out soooo good I can't begin to explain it. Usually ham has a spiky salty taste, but with this recipe it mellows it out and blends it in perfectly with the marinade spices. My husband said it was better than Boar's Head and was one of the best meals he's ever had. I served this with Scalloped Potatoes and stovetop sliced apples. My husband already requested that I make it again soon!
