Does anyone know how many eggs this recipe takes? There aren't any in the list of ingredients. Evidently no one proof-read the recipe. I'd really like to make it so if anyone knows...please post it.

We have alot of sausage lovers in our family and this recipe was a hit. I made 3 pies and there was nothing left over.

Don't count the grams of fat, but this meal was very, very good. I used some paper towels to soak up some of the grease that accumulates on top when I pulled it out of the oven.

I made this pie last night. I used sage flavored sausage to give it a bit more flavor and 4 eggs instead of 3. I put the sausage in the pie first and poured the mixture over top of that. Cooked it for the 30 minutes then turned off the oven and let the pie stay in there until the oven had cooled. It set just fine. Had a piece for breakfast this morning and it tasted great. Will freeze some to take out on mornings when I want something different. Highly recommend this recipe.

I made two of these as a "morning after" breakfast and served them with fruit and bloody mary's. There wasn't a bite left and I've shared this recipe many, many times.

Delicious for any meal...only change made was I added a little frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry, to the cooked sausage (I used Owens hot and a pinch of nutmeg. I put the sausage/spinach mixture in pie crust first then added the rest.
