    My son hates onions so, I changed the onions for baby red potatoes cut small. It was fabulous and he loved it!

    This turned out fantastic!! My boyfriend (a Paula skeptic went nuts for it and it was all gone in less than 24 hours! I wouldn't change a thing. Its great man food (I loved it too! and not difficult to make. Thanks for another pleaser Paula!

    I poured the the sausage into the pie crust and then poured the egg mixture in. I also used eggbeaters (which was the equivalant to 4 eggsto cut back on some of the fat. Good, but really high in fat.
