This was wonderful as is... and I thought I could improve upon it by adding green chili. Then it became "Out of this WORLD" to my family. I will be making this often. Thanks Ron and Paula!

The recipe is just as good as Paula said it would be. Easy Easy Easy to make. But, it is a little easier if you put the sausage in the pie and just pour the egg, cheese, and onion mixture over the sausage. But no princess bites here... it is entirely too YUMMY for little bites. Thanks Paula for a wonderful recipe to end those what is for breakfast blahs.

This recipe was good, but very, very rich with the cheddar and cream cheeses. It really was quick and easy to make, but it did take longer than 30 minutes to bake. Next time I will put the sausage in the pie shell first, then add the egg mixture. My husband LOVED!!! it.

I felt there was not a good ratio of sausage and eggs. My family did not care for the taste.

I thought this pie was just "ok". It didn't come anywhere near being done in 30 minutes so by the time I took it out, the sausage was way, way done. I have quite a few quiche recepies that are better.

This is wonderful, and you look like such a pro! I used spicey sausage and that was really good as well.

This was an easy quick cook recipe. I fixed two adding spinach to the one I kept for my family. It was wonderful. I gave the other to my parents but haven't heard back from them yet on the taste. I just made them this evening. I fixed a crock pot of pinto beans as a side and dinner was complete.***Make sure to drain your sausage really well***

Excellent dish! A good alternative to the standard breakfast casserole. Great for breakfast, brunch or dinner. (I have made this for all 3 So easy! Another reviewer said Paula put the sausage in the pie shell first and then poured the egg/cheese mixture over the sausage in the pie shell, which I will try next time. If you sprinkle the crumbled sausage on last, it floats atop the egg mixture, and although very good the sausage tends to brown too much for me. I poured the egg mixture in the pie shell first and then added the browned sausage and pressed the sausage into the egg mixture leaving just enough sausage exposed on top so that you get a slightly crusty top. My husband gobbles this up.
