Followed the recipe to a tee and it was great. I grilled the burgers indoors. The mayonnaise was a real discovery.

Didnt have Panko used italian bread crumbs instead, used egg beaters instead of eggs and only added lemon juice to mayonnaise. Despite all of the modifications It still tasted great!
Its fast and easy as well as healthy! Love it!

The flavor was terrific for these burgers but my problem was that they wouldnt stay together after I put in pan. I think it will need more panko. My boyfriend who is not a huge salmon eater loved these!

OMG good! I saw it on tv while Paula was making it. I happened to have all the ingredients, I made it the next day! I mix some of my smoked salmon with the salmon; I replaced red pepper with chopped broccoli with red onion. I made cold slaw, Asian style, the night before. I wish you could see the photo! As for the Mayo, I replaced with "Fire red pepper Mayo", just a twist, an amazing one! All in all, sweetness from tomato, savory and flavorful, love it!

I followed the recipe to a T and my fresh lake michigan salmon made the best salmon burgers i have ever had in my life by far. Thank you so much for making it so easy for myself and my 5 year old son to enjoy fish together.

Delicious! Rave reviews from all members of our family (ages 3 to 37!. REALLY good on sprouted grain buns! We didn't do the peppers as I have one who would not have eaten them with either green or red "stuff" in it!
We did have trouble keeping them together to put on the grill, so we opted to set them on tin foil on top of the grate. Worked great except we forgot to oil the foil first. So when we went to flip they were stuck to the foil. My husband flipped them and then peeled to foil off after the started to sear on the other side.
We didn't use any toppings, just a bun that had a crunch from being grilled for a few seconds. Yum! It was put on the keeper list by 4 out of 4 family members!

Absolutely delicious! I was worried they would fall apart on the grill, but they held together great! I also didn't use a bun, instead made it into a lettuce wrap! I will make these over and over!
