I was sooo proud of myself for this tasty dish!!! It was amazing and it got better over time. The best part of this dish is the seaseme mayo! OMG! I added more oil just for the strong taste! My family loved it and the next day, I just ate the burger patti topped with the mayo and veggies. Love it!!! will do again. Thanks Paula!!

These were the best salmon burgers I have ever made! I also added a bit of green onions (just because I love them. The sesame mayo dressing was perfect and I used the left overs to make salmon salad with left over grilled salmon.

These were really delicous! We did not butter our rolls, but we tried a burger with the roll toasted and then untoasted. We felt the toasted roll disguised the salmon flavor. I made the burgers exactly as the recipe was written, but I made a different spread for it! Very good! Thanks Paula!!

These burgers turned out great! The only changes I made was that I added a bit of chopped green onions : My husband loved these burgers...will definitely make them again!

I made the recipe for the salmon burger, but I don't eat a lot of bread and did not use buns. So, I lightly coated the burgers in panko before a light saute in canola oil. It was just right (not a traditional burger, but I loved the crunch the panko coating achieved. I also used an Asian sesame dressing from a bottle instead of the mayo dressing. It was awesome! I will make this again and again!

Absolutely delicious.......after watching Paula on her show make these burgers, I was hooked on trying them, love salmon.
We eliminated the bun due to cutting out carbs and the mayonnaise recipe was wonderful on top of it.... Thanks a million Paula!

We loved these! They turned out perfectly and I made them exactly as the recipe called for except that I added fresh parsley to the salmon mixture. Definitely would make a good meal for casual entertaining.

I was shocked to see a healthy recipe from Paula Deen, and it's delicious!

I didn't have any sesame oil on hand, so I cheated and made tartar sauce for the spread, and it was good. Next time I'll make it with the sesame mayonnaise.

Super delicious. I was looking for a recipe to use up some salmon which I'm not really very fond of. The combination of red pepper, garlic and sesame mayo made a delicious burger. I baked mine in the oven on an oiled pan and then turned. I had no egg so I substituted egg whites from a carton. They did not hold together as well without the egg and that's why I baked them. They turned out yummy. I can't wait to make again using the egg and maybe try frying in some canola and sesame oil.
