I can only imagine that if you followed the actual recipe, you had the most bland tasting salmon croquettes ever. I doubled the egg, used yellow onion because I had no green onions on hand, added fresh minced garlic, salt and pepper, lemon juice, and some dill. Because of the changes I had quite a tasty dish.

This is a great, quick meal! I followed the recipe as written, and they turned out delicious! If you are on a budget and need a quick, but delicious meal, this is the way to go. I actually used the Wal-mart brand salmon in a can to make the salmon croquettes.

And, on the video, Paula mentioned that her sons ate this with syrup. I am woman enough to admit that I also tried the salmon croquettes with syrup, and it was absolutely DELICIOUS! Thank you Paula for that tidbit! I will definitely be making this again and again!
