I used one can of salmon and one can of crab meat. I used italian bread crumbs so there was no need for any additional seasoning. Great recipe.

This recipe turned out great! Fast and easy. I added a little bit of old bay seasoning which gave the patty a little more flavor but I think it would have been fine without. My husband also loved the salmon croquettes.

This recipe was great! I made some changes - I took the advice of another reviewer and added a tablespoon of mayo, with the eggs, to insure that they would be moist. I also patted them with flour instead of the breadcrumbs, which my family loved better. I also add some seasonings: black pepper, dill, garlic and a small amount of cajun spices to taste (I do this before I add the eggs. I also use boneless/skinless salmon. I have made them several times and they turn out great each time. My family loves them and request that I make them at least once a week for them.

These were pretty good. Kind of bland, and I don't think I'll make them again, but they weren't horrible.

i love salmon croquettes, i changed up the recipe a little i use diced onions and diced bell pepper and instead of canned salmon i use the salmon in the pack that is already cleaned, i hate dealing with those bones, i add salt, pepper, nature seasoning then after making the patti i roll it in extra bread crumbs and fry in vegetable oil and unsalted butter, this is so great with grits, this has been a favorite of mine since my mother made it for me when i was little.

Easily the best Salmon Croquettes I have ever made. My oldest son doesn't care for fish of any kind. He came over to visit the night I prepared these and turned his nose up. When we sat down to eat, he saw how much we were enoying our meal so he decided to give it a try. He LOVED the croquettes and has requested that I make them again soon!!

    Another winner from Ms. Deen!

My mom made patties like these once and this was the perfect recipe to combine with hers. I added some mayo and chives to the recipe and they were great.
