This was so good and so easy! I made it as an app. and made tarter sauce to go with it. It's a repeat for me!

This was the first time I made Salmon Croquettes and they came out great. This recipe is a winner and a keeper. Paula as usual you are the best.

The Salmon croquettes are easy to make and delicious. My kids will eat fish if served this way and my husband from the Northwest will eat canned salmon. It is one of the least expensive meals I serve, although I do double the recipe. Cole Slaw makes a great side dish with this!

I'd like to try this recipe but I have no idea what 2 fillets of canned salmon is. Does she mean 2 cans of salmon?

Good and super easy. I think tonight I will spruce it up with some spinach...possibilities are endless. As is, is great as well. Kids will gooble it up! Once you make them, you crave them!

What size can of salmon are you supposed to use? There's one that's 14.75 oz and a smaller one (the most common size that tuna is sold in. Also we want to substitute flour for bread crumbs the way Mom use to make them. Would this work out? I'm almost sure she never used bread crumbs.
