    Love the simplicity of this one! I added one teaspoon of baking powder to the salmon "juice" and stirred it all in. The croquettes seemed lighter somehow... just delicious!

    I was a bit nervous about making this recipe but it came out delicious. So easy and I finally did something with that can of salmon that's been in my pantry for weeks.

    Definitely a keeper and will mix it up a little. Thanks Paula! You're the best ;

    I've made this twice. Like Paula says first just the way the recipe calls. It was good but the next time I made them I added 1/2 teaspoon baking powder. This helped them fluff up more.

    We substitute chicken for salmon and this has become our favorite easy meal. It tastes fantastic!

    I loved your recipe, but I added a very small amount of finely chopped fresh red pepper to the mixture. The croquettes are a very easy and tasty way to feed salmon to my family. They enjoyed them and asked for more.
    Thank you.

    I have made these several times and they are just wonderful. My 4 yr old loves them. I usually add a can of small shrimp to them just for a change of pace and they are magnificent. My hubby says they warm up great as well.
