This was a very great dish for time and taste. It took a little time to prepare and my husband love it! along with the wedge salad it was perfect.

I have LOVED salmon croquettes since I was a kid and this is a good 'starting point' recipe for Salmon Croquettes. However, if you want winning Salmon Croquette recipe, use the one on the back of Chicken of the Sea's 7oz. Premium Pink Salmon pouch. It's the same basic recipe with a few added ingredients, which make all the difference... especially the mayo - the mayonaise makes the croquettes moist and heavenly. And for a richer tasting croquette, I use cracker crumbs instead of bread crumbs.
