Very easy to make light salad and delicious. No more fish out of a can to make salad with. Plan to do this with other fresh fish as well.

This salad is exceptional! The cayenne gives it a great punch. It's full of flavor and healthy as well. This is one recipe I will always keep on hand and make often. Thanks Paula!

This was very good. I used wild caught salmon that I grilled then cooled completely. It was very good and liked by young and old. I can tell that this will work well with canned salmon if I am ever in a pinch for a quick meal.

I made this dish tonight. My mother gave it two thumbs up but I thought the onions were a little overwhelming. Next time I will use a 1/4 cup of onions or a 1/2 cup of shallots. This is definitely a great summer salad!

This was soo easy to make and yummy for a hot summer evening. I used some newly fresh canned salmon that was already seasoned and added a yellow bell pepper on top of Paula's original recipe. Then I had rolled into a tortilla with shredded swiss cheese on top!!! Thank you Paula for the great recipe!!!

Made this tasty dish on a hot summer night and loved it very much. I used Greek yogurt instead of mayo and added some dill! Made it even better!! One to keep, and use for the family or entertaining!

I had salmon salad for the holiday and it was very good so I decided to search for a recipe on google and came across this one. Paula Deen, If I could add a star to my rating, I would because this salad tops the one I had before. Delicious!

I prepared this salmon dish for a surprise birthday party that I had for women only. It was a hit! I personally, don't like salmon but I even enjoyed it. I would make this again.

Served it at a brunch and it was a hit with the guests. I thought it needed something else to make it stand out.
