    Now I make extra salmon so I can make the salad next day. It is refreshing and light at the same time! My husband loves it! thank you Paula!

    I thought this was delicious, refreshing and very tasty. My hubby even liked it and he is not usually a fan of salads, but he enjoyed this one and liked that it was made with just a little mayo. Thanks Paula for feedin us right!!

    My lady and I love Paula, no matter what she cooks!!(This comes from both of us! But the Salmon Salad was definitely over the top. The chopped red peppers added a real "zing" to what's often considered a "zingless" fish! Healthy and definitely fit for the summer, whether you're on the beach or not!!!! BRAVA!

    This Has a great taste and texture. I had it on bread, and it made a delicous sandwich. My husband who doesn't like cucumber also loved it.
