    Very good salsa.
I cooked the tomatillos in a little chicken broth with salt, a chopped onion, six diced garlic cloves, and two chopped jalapeños. I puréed mixture when cooked, then added chopped Serrano and cilantro.

Great salsa!!!. I have done the chicken crispy taco too ,which were delicious too. I used instead the flour tortila. It will be great if you will invite again Patricia Jinich on the show to share more of her receipes .

awsome salsa. I know how to make my share of salsas but this one i have to say ill be adding to my ongoing dishes. The only thing id change is adding another Serrano just because the next day the heat in the salsa wasnt there. other then that ID LOVE TO SEE PATTY ON YOUR SHOW AGAIN :O THANX AGAIN FOR THE YUMMY DISH

This was a great starting point for a salsa. I added my own unique touch by adding jalapeno's and some new mexico chilis. I put garlic and it all came out delicious : I think the most important thing when using a recipe is not to forget that you can make it your own.
    I loved it!

This tomatillo salsa was so easy to make and was so good! The queso fresco added the finishing touch to the salsa. Everyone loved it!

I finally know what my salsa has been missing...I make pretty good salsa, or so I thought? The thing that made this wonderful was boiling the tomitillas first. It really makes a difference. Wow I could drink this...

Sylvia said a "clove" made recipe taste funny--sorry gal, it said a "whole clove of garlic" not a "whole clove" -- try it again, it's very good!

This salsa is fine without the cloves...gave it an unpleasant taste.

After viewing this episode on Mexican food, I think Food Network needs to add a new show with Patty Jinich! She is so personal and looks like she has lots of great mexican food dishes to share. She is a mom and I love that too! I cannot wait to try her recipes!
