My picky husband loved these! I added black beans to add some more protein and make it a complete meal and some more fresh spinach before serving for a nice crunch. I will make these again and consider them when family visits!

i made these wraps for my daddy's 78th birthday bash this weekend and everyone raved!!
i had to give out the recipe to several relatives. i love it because it is so versatile. thanks to the reviewers who gave the helpful tips about not spreading the mixture too thick and adding some spices. i had never made roll-ups before.
i used some of paula's house seasoning and kicked it up a notch with emeril's essence, bam!! so tasty!!
i used low-fat cream cheese and lowfat sour cream. i creamed the mixture and folded in the rest of the ingredients so it would have more texture. served it with a bowl of salsa on the side for dipping or spooning.
when it finally warms up and we can go to the lake with our friends, i will make these roll-ups and add some shredded smoked chicken. yum!!
i just adore paula and her recipes. thank you food network!!
to the NULL person, if you don't care for paula or her recipes, why do you watch, search her recipes and then feel like you can criticize her? get a life or watch something else!!!
i love you paula deen!!!! sincerely, sharon

My family absolutely loved these wraps! It's quick and easy. I added rotisserie chicken from the store (torn into bite size pieces and a little garlic powder. Lots of flavor and really filling. I will be making this as a finger food dish to take to our friends house for Super Bowl Sunday! I'll just cut them into smaller pieces. Thanks Paula!

I really enjoyed this recipe. Per Paula's suggestion on the show, I added a can of tuna. I also used a few large scoops of green salsa, and skipped the green chilies. I added about a third of a jar of roasted red peppers, cut up and used thawed chopped frozen spinach, drained well. Finally, I forgot the pepper jack, and it was still very good.

I made this for our beach picnic, I added chicken breasts I cooked in the crock pot with fajita seasoning. I cooked the chicken the day before, chilled and shredded and added to each wrap. Everyone loved the wraps. I will definitely be making these again

I made 3 versions of this last night for my girlfriends. The first was the original recipe. The second version had chopped cooked shrimp, herbed goat cheese, remoulade, lemon juice and Old Bay. The third version used chopped salami, Boursin, sour cream, smoked gouda, chopped pepperoncini and Italian seasoning. They were fun to make and delicious. Thanks Paula!

i read every review and was amazed at folks who indicated to ensure to spread the cream cheese mixture thin -- like duh....have they never made a roll-up before??? i really loved the one who indicated they added extra cream cheese and then complained it was too cheesey.......

was also amazed at number of people complaining about bland taste -- like don't folks check seasoning of the mixture before spreading on the tortillas?? that is like a number one regardless of what one is making -- check your seasonings to ensure it's to personal taste BEFORE vs complaining afterwards when a bit late to undo the wraps.

AND, just like other items like certain soups, stews, lasagna, and cold pizza -- some things just taste better with time to meld the flavors. mix all the spread ingredients at least one day before, taste-test and it's way better. allow to come to room temperature for ease of spreading of the tortillas and then re-chill BEFORE cutting prior to serving.

LOVED folks suggestions about chicken, ham, etc., but i can say a can of crab meat goes a long way to wonderful with this as well with a tad of 'Old Bay seasoning.' i make chicken, roast beef, and crab versions to put on one tray and trust me -- ALL GONE in a heart beat. NO LEFTOVERS

p.s. i'm not a paula deen fan so this was hard for me to compliment her on this one -- it works very well!
