I served this as an appetizer and everyone at the party loved it.

I made this today for lunch. My husband liked it; but without dipping in the salsa. I liked the salsa dip. I'll be making this again. I followed the receipe -but couldn't find green chilis - so I purchased a can of jalapeno peppers and chopped them.

    Thanks Paula!

I would definitely recommend this wrap. When I made it I already had all the ingredience in my pantry and I reconized all the ingredience, so this was a plus. :
Also you should put the spread on the tortilla very thinly. Great flavor

I usually LOVE LOVE LOVE cream cheese, but that was all you could taste in this recipe. I should emphasize the fact that you have to spread the mixture AS THINLY AS POSSIBLE on the tortillas, because when you roll them up, it ends up being a mouthful of cream cheese. I even added extra olives, salsa, and green chiles - and all I could taste was still the cream cheese. I think doubling the pepperjack and maybe some shredded rotisserie chicken would help this recipe a lot. Served it at our superbowl party last weekend - it was hardly touched!

I followed the directions to the T. The flavor was too bland. I was tempted to add taco seasoning but didn't want to mess it up even more. I was disappointed with the canned green peppers maybe if they were fresh it would have boosted the flavor. I like sour cream but I feel like it was a little over powering and left that bitter after taste. I decided to add grilled chicken seasoned with salt and pepper and it helped a little bit. Maybe adding ground beef or shredded chicken cooked with taco seasoning would have really helped. My poor husband ate but I could tell he didn't like it at all.

I do not change recipes...when I first try them i make them as the recipe calls for. With this one I did not have green onions so I used celery. That is the only change I made since I did not have what it called for.

This recipe is excellent!! I love it, and it is one that if wanted you can add or change ingredients as needed or wanted and it still works! Next time I will try some chicken in the mix!!

    Thanks again Paula!!!!

These wraps are always a hit at parties. Very tasty with the cream cheese and pepperjack cheese. I have omitted the spinach and used thinly sliced ham in the wraps. So very good! Thanks Paula!

This recipe was so quick and easy to make. I had to add lunch meat to mine since my husband is such a meat-eater. Great for a quick lunch, dinner, or finger food! And it's certainly yummy.
