These a real keeper! Very tasty with the salsa and chili peppers. Great for the football parties. Thanks Paula!

Instead of the soft shells, I used pita bread cut in quarters and used it as a dip. Also I used hot salsa for a little kick! Friends loved it.

i don't usually like a lot of wraps, but when i saw paula using cream cheese and the pepper jack cheese, i wanted to try it. It reminded me of a shrimp dip that she made so i cooked some shrimp, chopped them up and after i spread the mixture on the wraps i sprinkled the cut up shrimp on, then i let them sit for about two hours, they were great, it tasted like a shrimp dip in a wrap, next time i want to try tuna like she said on the show, thanks paula.

I have a large family and make what we call 'roll ups' which I use turkey or ham with cheese, green onion and just cream cheese and my kids can never get enough of those. But I made the Santa Fe Wraps and I'm not sure if they will go back to the 'roll ups'... They loved these!

I made a few adjustments. Deleted the salsa. Seasoned with salt, pepper and cayenne. Added one pound of chopped poached chicken. Wonderful. Oh I forgot I also added diced celery for the crunch. Big hit at the party. My torillas were cheddar jalapeno tortillas. Great base that can be added to on a whim with what is fresh.

My family has both vegetarians and meat-eaters, but we all like Southwest flavors. I used red and green tortillas in addition to the flour tortillas. Then added shredded rotisserie chicken to part of the cheese mixture, and some crumbled bacon to another part of the cheese mixture -- using the red, white and green tortillas as "color coding" for the contents. I also substituted romaine lettuce for the spinach and added some SW seasoning because we like spicy. Made a very pretty platter and everybody enjoyed their lunch.
