As always we can depend on Ms. Paula. we added a little fresh onion (diced, and some canned chicken, and the store was completely out of green chiles so we just used rotel and skipped the salsa. They really turned out great. i halved the recipe and it made enough for everyone and then some. i think next time i will definitely chill before serving.

I liked it best fresh right out of the fridge.

Next time I will use a little more salsa and maybe some chicken.

I had this at a party at my in-laws house and LOVED IT!! I now use it at home for appetizers and snacks for the days my husband is gone on jobs.

I love these wraps. I took them to the lake out on the boat and everyone enjoyed them. They wanted to know how to make them. I added the packaged grilled southwestern chicken and it was wonderful. Will definately make again.

I served these wraps at a party along with Paula's Creamy Scallion Dip and some other Mexican appetizers. Instead of rolling the tortillas and cutting them in half I rolled them and cut them in bite sized slices. They are delicious and everyone loved them.

This was a big hit with my husband! He is always a little worried when I try something different. Very tasty and easy. I wrapped mine in plastic wrap and chilled for a couple of hours and did not need toothpicks to hold them together.

I made these for a pot luck Memorial Day party and they were great. I had an opened jar of pimentos and threw those it too. The hostess wants a copy of the recipe and you can be sure I'll make them again.

I change a few things that make a big difference.I add chicken. After I roll up the tortilla then I tightly roll it in saran wrap. Then put them in the fridge for at least 8 hours. When ready to serve cut in pieces, serve with sour cream and salsa. They taste so much better after they have sat (otherwise kind of bland.
