These are quite tasty little snacks, and they disappear quicker than the time spent making them. Be sure to get cheaper sausage; it has more fat content which will bind the ingredients together while cooking. The only drawback is that it's a bit labor intensive so plan ahead in doing this. Freezing them ahead of time is an idea I just read here and will try the next time.

This is so easy to make, and it would be great at any kind of gathering as a starter!

I used this for an after-school snack for the kids. They gobbled them right up and asked for more. I put ranch and honeymustard out for dipping sauces too. Aside from being a little too dry, we love this recipe.

I made these as an appetizer for Christmas eve dinner. My kids and I weren't very impressed, but the rest of the family thought they were great.

These sausage balls are really good, but i adjusted the recipe a bit. I used turkey sausage instead of pork, and i added a 1/2 cup more milk, and a handful of parmesan cheese to make it a bit cheesier. They turned out great, and everyone loved them.

These were okay but all in all I would have to pass. Nothing real memorable about this recipe except that the sausage balls were quite greasy. Perhaps using turkey sausage?!

I made these for my husband on fathers day and they were pretty good, however they were a little dry. the balls didnt want to stay formed. the next time i make these i will use less bisquick and more sausage. maybe 1 cup less bisquick and 1/2 lb more sausage.
