Easy easy easy to make. I messed up when I made 2 batches - added half the chesse - was very good! We all liked it!! Our Chinese exchange student could not get enough!! Tastes like a sausage biscuit but better than at the restaurant. We like it with just mustard. Makes a great bite to eat in the morning. Nuke a few seconds and you have it.

I had to make these the day I saw the show...and I was so glad I did. I couldn't get enough. These would make a fantastic potluck item. I even made my with VEGETARIAN sausage and they turned out perfect and delicous.

I double recipe, using 1 lb hot sausage and 1 lb mild sausage. I find that if you mix the sausage & cheese first then add the bisquick mix a little at a time it is easier to mix. I also only cook for about 10 minutes, this way I can reheat without overcooking. also freezes well.

I looked at the reviews after I made them, which was my mistake, but usually want Paula makes is good. I was making them for my Grandsons family birthday party, as I thought that they would be good for both the adults and children. They are really horrible, very very dry and tastless. I guess I will have to just dump them and come up with something else. Quite a bit of money and time down the drain!!! The good news was, that I tasted them before I presented them! What I can't figure is all those that gave them four stars.

I thought these were just the best. They would really work for anything but I made them for a breakfast get together. They were a great hit. They turned out a little dry but I think that was because I left them in the over on warm for a bit? Anyhow over all I would recommend this recipe

The recipe as is was more biscuit than sausage. I doubled the amount of sausage. I used Jimmy Dean low fat sausage. My teenage son declared they were the best snack ever and requested that I make the balls smaller so he doesn't have to bite into them. He wants to sit in front of the TV and pop them in his mouth.
