Soup was very good. It seems like it is missing something. I used the swiss chard for the very first time. I love it.

This soup was awsome even my 6 year old boy was eating this! I don't know how swiss chard tastes but I kept hearing Paula say it is bitter so I did not even want to try it. I put almost a whole 6oz bag of baby spinach in mine and it turned out great. It was so fast and easy to make.

I made this using spinach. Of course, I start every soup with extra vegetables: carrots, celery, sweet potato, extra onion, and red pepper. It was so good by the second day that I thought about having the last cup for breakfast. Thanks, Paula

Received rainbow chard from my organic co-op group yesterday and was looking for recipes to use it in and found this one. Just made it, exactly like the recipe and I have to say it is delicious and it's not done simmering yet! I know for a fact that my boyfriend is going to love it at dinner tonight!

This was so easy and so good! the only time i really spent was looking for the hot turkey sausage. didnt find the lean. FoodsCo had it. I used chicken stock instead of broth and it gave it more body. Delicious!!

This was a fantastic recipe! We did a few changes because we have a vegetarian in the house. We used vegetable stock instead of chicken and dried beans (that we soaked overnight instead of canned beans. We used a spicy Italian sausage for the meat eaters and Morning Star vegetarian meatballs for the the other. Both were delicious and so easy. I will definitely be making this again (and again and again!
