This by far was one of the best recipes I have made in a long time. Very tasty. My family devoured the soup and asked me to make more. I added more vegetables and use Swiss Chard as well as Spinach. Also green onions and tri-colored peppers. I will definately recommend and make this recipe over and over again. Thanks Paula!

Tasty and satisfying! The little bit of kick from the sausage was perfect.

Soup was very good. It seems like it is missing something. I used the swiss chard for the very first time. I love it.

This soup was awsome even my 6 year old boy was eating this! I don't know how swiss chard tastes but I kept hearing Paula say it is bitter so I did not even want to try it. I put almost a whole 6oz bag of baby spinach in mine and it turned out great. It was so fast and easy to make.

I made this using spinach. Of course, I start every soup with extra vegetables: carrots, celery, sweet potato, extra onion, and red pepper. It was so good by the second day that I thought about having the last cup for breakfast. Thanks, Paula
