Made this soup for a dinner party last night and it was a HUGE hit! Everyone was saying the same thing...for a broth based soup, it was extremely flavorful! Thanks Paula, you're the best!

Super easy and delicious! Definitely keeping this recipe for another time. I have already passed it on to a few friends.

SO delicious! Very easy to make. I only wish I had added more chard or maybe used a blend of dark, leafy greens for diversity. The sausage really flavors the chicken broth, taking it up a notch after you let it simmer. Would go great with a nice grilled cheese. I can't wait to see how it keeps overnight for tomorrow's lunch.

Great soup. Only thing I did different was use spinach instead of the chard. It is my favorite soup now and easy to make.

We loved this soup. It seems so basic, but it's so tasty! I made it exactly as the recipe says on my first try and I really don't see any reason to mess with it. The only variation I did was add a small amount of grated parmesan on top when serving. I'll definitely be making this again!

Very easy and tasty. Since my husband doesn't like a 'kaley' taste too much, I put out some balsamic vinegar and we added about 1 tbsp per bowl, tasted very delicious!

This was an easy and hearty soup. But...I don't see where one of the raters thought that bean soup was to have been poured down the drain and replaced with broth. I drained the beans...not bean soup

Why would anyone pour the bean soup down the drain and then replace it with chicken broth? The bean soup is the best part, some white bread or corn bread to sop it up with, now that is good, a few chopped onions makes it better.
This recipe is good, but the pouring the bean soup down the drain hurts me.
