LOVED THIS! I made it with the Double Orange Glazed Pork Chops and Mini Maccaroni Cups and it was so great! I 1 1/2'ed the recipe and used a whole onion. Paula's House Seasoning was perfect in making this taste great and my kids loved it!

Very good! The lemon makes the difference between ok and yummy. I was bored with the usual spinach and mushroom combo, and this is a great change.

Quick, easy, and good. I used a 12 oz bag of thawed spinach 2 tsp of butter. I then added sundried tomatoes also 1 fresh tomato and garlic cooked until it was a nice green color. The lemon gave it a fresh taste i will now start to add the lemon to my spinach dishes.

I love how simple this recipe is! I like to use half the amount of butter though, I find it works just as well, still tastes fantastic, and of course, cuts a lot of fat ^_^

Oh! And to Chef#1206846, I think what the recipe means is a 9oz bag of frozen spinach, if you have frozen, which is the equivalent of 14 cups of fresh spinach, if you have fresh. I agree though, it doesn't make a lot of sense as it's written, does it?
