    This recipe is a winner. I tried the orginal recipe, but later I tried it with lemon extract instead of vanilla and it was delicious! Thanks Paula!!!!

    I have made this cheesecake for several parties. Instead of cutting them into squares, I bake them in muffin liners. It works out well as there's no cutting so they're all the same size and everyone loves them - they're always a hit!

    I made this for a 4th of July BBQ and it went over so well. THere was none left...and there were only 4 people there!!! Excellent Recipe!!

    I made this one day as a surprise to my sweet-lover of a Mother-in-law about 3 months ago and I have had to make it once a week since then! I don't chop the pecans though, I put them in the blender till they are crumbs, the best crust I've ever tasted!

    This is the only way I've ever made cheesecake and it is so successful when I bring it to gatherings. It is so delicious and easy to serve. The crust is fantastic with the pecans and brown sugar. And it is amazing with raspberries, blueberries, and strawberries on top.

    This recipe was a huge hit! It was especially delicious for as simple as it was to make. I did make a few changes by doubling the crust recipe, as we like more crust. I have also tried it without the pecans and it is still wonderful!
