    This cheesecake recipe is really easy...mine turned out great the first time I made them. The pecans in the crust added a flavorful crunch! I like this better with fresh strawberries than other cheesecakes with the strawberry sauce.

    I make these all the time. I change the nuts to walnuts on occasion. Chocolate chips are good in the crust too. Paula rocks!

    I love this recipe because it gives you the result of a cheesecake, but is much easier to make. I've made this several times and always get rave reviews.

    I made this for dinner guests and served it as a desssert. I made a Raspberry sauce on the serving plate
    under the Cheesecake topped with a chocolate lattis decorations
    and fresh Raspberries. Every one thought it was awesome. And it looked
    very professional.

    Paula is the highlight of my day. I do not cook much, there is just my Husband and I however I am not up to par right now. I am having problems with depression. Please, I hope I can start making your meals.

    Normally, I would give Paula's recipes a bit higher rating. However, I was expecting a little more from the cheesecake. Didn't really matter what I thought because the true cheesecake lovers in the family devoured this!!! They found the crust delectable and it was a surprise to them they love a graham cracker crust so much with their cheesecake. I'd make this again in a second.
