I found this recipe to be very easy and I had everything in my pantry for a quick fix. The Savannah Cheesecake cookies were a hit with my hostess and everyone at dinner wanted the recipe.
They are a light dessert and served with fresh strawberry whipped cream were very refreshing.

The recipe is a winner aside from the length of time needed to bake. You must bake for 30 min, instead of 20. Otherwise, everything else is right on the money. You won't be disappointed. Use a smaller pan if you're desiring a thick product.

I just made these and they turned out wonderful! I put them in for a minute or two longer than 20 min and had no problem with them coming out of the pan. I will defnitely be making them again.

This is a great recipe, but it came from Paula Deen, so it didn't surprise me. I watched her make them on Saturday and by Saturday evening I was baking away and doubling the batch (a batch for my mother and one for myself and friends I knew they would be great, and boy were they!

Made these today and they took 10 minutes longer to cook. They are VERY hard to get out of the pan as they stick to the bottom and you end up making a mess trying to get them out. They don't have much flavor. I ended up putting strawberry preserves on top to give them some flavor. Unfortunatley no one in the family liked them so in the garbage go the rest.
