    just from reading the recipe. I agree about the sherry. Next time I'll try half a cup or maybe even just a third. I made mine in a 9X13" pan and only put cheese on half of it cos I wanted to see if it would bring out the flavor of the scallops. As much as I love (any cheese, I think I preferred it without.

    Paula this is the greatest dish ever made. My mom and I had alot of fun fixing this dish! You are the best cook ever.

    Love Paula, but this recipe has way too much sherry. I couldn't taste anything else; it was a waste of good scallops.
