Receipe was great, but if Paula wants to talk with her mouth full who cares at least you can tell she enjoys her cooking. There is a couple of string beans on the foodnetwork that fill there plate up and take a little tiny bit of each item and you know they couldn't tell what it taste like. So Paula talk with your mouth full if you like at least you enjoy your food.

I doubled the recipe since we were expecting about 50 people for my friend's baby shower and we were having a small get together the next day. Well only about 25 people showed for the shower and I nearly ran out of dip! Needless to say that it was knocked off completely the next day. Folks congregated around the bowl and sang its praises all night. Thanks Paula, I'm definitely keeping this in my "knock their socks off" repertoire!

I made this for a neighborhood get together and my son told me he barely got any because people were putting on paper plates and taking it home. The same son said it was so good that no cracker was necessary, he could just put it on this palm and eat it. Another son said he didn't like shrip but he'd eat this anytime. I feel like a winner, finally. Thanks Paula!

P.S. I imitate your voice to my Mother in Law and just make her laugh so hard she has to hang up the phone. Love you girl.

I found this recipe to be very bland. However, the funny thing was that several people at worked raved about how good it was, and asked for the recipe. If I make it again, I will find a way to add more flavor. Also, will get shrimp that already have the vein removed. That was a pain! Over all, it was ok.

This shrimp mold is the easiest and the tastiest I've made in a long time. It's easy to throw together (a day ahead then refrigerate and forget until the party. Any type of mold will work well. I'll be making this again.

The shrimp mold was easy to put together. Instead of plain salt, however, I used Old Bay seasoning and I added one rib of celery, all chopped up finely. Delicious!!

Absolutely the best ever. I made this using frozen cooked shrimp and it was out of this world. I also added "Old Bay" Seafood Seasoning since I am originally from Maryland. I am definitely making this for my Son-in-Law next week.

Paula, this recipe is great. I watched you make this. But, for Heaven's sake, when you took a bite with the dip with a cracker, you spoke words with food in your mouth. Paula, folks from the South,(or anywhere for that matterthat use good manners never, no never, talk with food in their mouths. Please, please, please, stop. It's embarrassing and nauseating!

Loved this recipe. I found that by tweaking it with about a quarter tsp of garlic powder and kicking up the hot sauce a bit, it was phenomenal!
