    This was easy to make. Everyone loved it. I did substitute crab meat for shrimp one time.

    I used light mayonnaise and light cream cheese. After I mixed everything together I tasted it and thought it was a little too mayonnaisey. After letting it sit overnight, it was much better. Mine turned out to be more of a dip consistency than a "mold," but my guests loved it nonetheless.

    Mayed this, but it needed a little more . So I added a extra green oinion , a little more mayo, touch of cream. And it was a big hit with family.

    Thank you, thank you....I don't have a recipe for the one my mother used to make, and this is soooo similar. I'm adding it to my family fvorites today.

    I cut the salt in half and added some old bay, crab meat an extra chopped scallions. Brought it to a neighborhood party and everyone LOVED it!
