These strips were easy to make and great served hot or cold. The only negative thing I can say is that they don't all get 'crispy' in the baking process, but the flavor makes up for that. These are a great sub for the pre-packaged chicken fingers. I have also used the same method of preparing these using a flavorful garam masala dip, and can see a curry dip tasting as great. Love this idea!!

my daughter and i love to a lot of chicken and sometimes its hard to think of something quick and easy to fix since she works late at times this recipe was not only easy but very tasty my daughter rebecca is a very picky eater at times and she thought it was the best she has had in a long while i love to watch the foocdnet to get ideas and new ways to make an old recipe better.
    thanks again

I made the chicken, but not the sauce, I was generally unimpressed. Maybe it should have been fried.

I found the breading to be a little soggy, but that could be because I used Pam instead of butter atop them before baking. Took them to a party and they were all eaten up. I would make them again for a party, but this won't become a craveable favorite.
