This is a yummy recipe; however, I made mine a little lower in fat. I used lowfat buttermilk and just a dollop of sour cream in the mashed potatoes and I drizzled olive oil on top of the biscuits instead of the butter. Still great - without the guilt.

Paula....you go girl this recipe is yummy for my tummy. My family and I just loved it.....keep adding the butter girl.....so delish!!!

Delicious! I served this recipe with marinated cole slaw for lunch today. My family enjoyed it very much and asked that I prepare it again in the near future.

This looks like a heart attack on a plate. I know she doesn't cook healthy meals, but this one is over the top!
