    The recipe was easy to follow a few steps, pop it in the oven and when the time is up oh la la, the meat falls off the bone. It was delicious.

    I thought these ribs turned out a little too salty - and I LOVE a lot of salt. I also did not think they were tender enough. I'll take crockpot shortribs over all other methods of cooking those meaty morsels!

    It takes awhile to cook, yet the meat comes out very tender and juicy perfect with White rice and for those lazy Saturday afternoons to have something cooking in the oven while you enjoy the day.

    Have never been able to master short ribs til now - off the chain!!!! They fell the bone - made gravy with the left over juice.

    it was a hit! everyone liked it although the only problem was oily and not enough of the ribs. Ran out.
