this was easy to make and is great as leftovers. The meat just fell off of the bone. The broth gave it a wonderful flavor

This recipe was fabulous! I tried it for the first time when I had company coming. I made what I thought would be more than enough ribs, but guess what...the guests couldn't get enough. My nephew has even started telling everyone that I'm the best cook he knows!

It's funny to me that when the review is bad, it's from anonymous, because anonymous can't cook! I made these and the flavor took me back to my childhood. I realized I hadn't had them since then! They are the most delectible short ribs I've ever had, in fact, I'm making them again tonight! Paula, you should have a drawing with the winner spending the day with you, you rock!

This recipe was right on. The meat came out so moist and tender, it was almost impossible to get it out of the pot onto your plate without it falling all to pieces. Yes, it was a bit fatty, however, you have to expect that with this kind of meat - besides, the fat is what gives this piece of meat all of it's flavor. Two thumbs up! Will definitely make this many times over again.

This is the best beef short ribs ever. To the house blend I added some lowery seasoning salt and paprika. Other wise followed all other directions. And its so easy. Also great with creamed potatoes.

Will continue to make FOREVER! This is great. I did have to cook the meat almost 3 hours, but well worth every minute of cook time. DELICIOUS!

I made this the other night and it was awesome! the meat was so tender and flavorful and serving it over rice is delicious. I added green beans and halved cherry tomatoes to the broth in the oven and then with about 15 min. left I add sliced mushrooms! very easy to make and my picky eaters love it!

I followed the recipe, but must have gotten the wrong meat. It was very chewy when we sat down to eat it. Altitude and oven kills me here in Colorado!
