This creole recipe is better than any we've ever had in any restaurant. My husband asks me to make this all the time. It's so easy to assemble and it cooks while I'm out shopping. I substituted a can of stewed tomatoes for the can of tomatoes and add some red pepper flakes for a little extra zing!
    Terrific.

I love how quick and easy this was to make!
I doubled everything except the shrimp and added some zucchini. It was absolutely wonderful! Serve over brown rice to make it a lil more healthy.

I've been branching out with my cooking lately and when I saw your recipe for Shrimp Creole I just had to try it. It was simple to make and my husband was very impressed. It's one of our favorite dishes! Thanks for sharing!

Unless I misunderstood the recipe, the shrimp wasn't cooked in 3 minutes in the crock pot. I went 15 mins and then another 5 minutes in the microwave until the shrimp were cooked through. Was this a misprint? Maybe 30 minutes?
    Otherwise, the flavor was delicious.

This creole was delicious! Nice and spicy and beautiful to look at. I made the broth the day before my event and reheated the it the day of the party (the next day and added the shrimp.

Got me out of the kitchen much sooner!

    Thanks Paula!

I just watched the show and it is to be cooked on high for three hours. I am going to give this one a try this weekend. It looks very good.

Many have posted comments, but no one has answered the question, do you cook this on high or low? The recipe doesn't specify. Thanks!
