These are delicious!!! They are now my go to appetizer. Every time I make them someone asks for the recipe. They are super easy to make. I usually make the spread, which I add a bit more garlic too, and the crostini's the day before. I'm making them for Christmas eve and I know they will be a big hit!!

I made these today for thanksgiving, and they are FANTABULOUS!!!! Thank goodness there were some shrimp leftover in the pan as I (being the cook got to snack on them. Didn't garnish with the tomatoe as my husband nor son like tomatoes. But, oh my, these things are worth their weight in gold. Will deffinetly make them again for christmas. 6 hours later my husband came wandering out and asked if there were any left...REALLY???? lol. Thanks Paula!

This is a fabulous recipe! The cream cheese, mayo mix is a decadent addition to the shrimp. Very fresh flavors and very impressive for a cocktail party. Every time I serve this, it is liked by all! I live on the Gulf Coast so I'm lucky to have really good seafood which is the key too! For time savers prepare cream cheese mix and toast bread ahead of time.

Beautiful appetizer! Can use other seafood, such as lobster. Very easy to make and can be changed to suit the occasion. Love your dishes, Paula

The cream cheese mixture had good flavor and complimented the shrimp nicely. I didn't use the tomato, just some fresh parsley on top and it was delicious. An easy appetizer to make.mmmmmm

Awesome appetizer. Very easy to make, took no time at all. There were none left an hour into the party. Obviously a big hit!

i made these for a special dinner. they were out of this world i crave them all the time. Instead of standing the shrimp up, e slice baby romama tomatoe put on one side and set the shrimp next to it. the shrimp didn't fall down and you got the favor of the tomatoe and shrimp together. i've also put avocadcoes on it. that turned out really good too. thanks for the great reciept. it's in my recipe box to keep foever
