These are easy, fancy looking, and taste amazing... it's rare to get all three in one! I have made these multiple times now. I take the tails off and lay them on their side b/c the first time I found this recipe, there was no picture... so I went with it. I think laying them on their side without the tails makes them much more easy to eat. They still look amazing that way too... but having them up with the tails does look awesome!! THANKS PAULA! I'VE YET TO TRY A RECIPE OF YOURS I DIDN'T LIKE!!!

I watched Paula make this recipe, so I decided to try it out. I am always looking for new shrimp recipies and this one was super easy and delicious! Instead of topping the crostini with the tomato, I topped it with a piece of roasted red pepper. The extra cream cheese mixture makes a great dip for crackers or veggies. If one was to entertain with this recipe, a little bit of ingredients would feed quite a few people. Not only is the costini delicious, it is also very eye appealing. Thanks Paula and I look forward to trying out more of your awesome recipies!

This recipe was very good, but I found that everyone just wanted to eat the shrimp! I had people saying the shrimp were the favorite part the entire meal! The cream cheese mixture is very good, though! I tried the leftover with crackers, and it was very yummy! I think I will take this recipe and split it up and make it into two different ones..... I'd give it a try though, VERY easy, and VERY tasty!

If you are searching for a shrimp appetizer to bring, go no further & try this recipe!

THANK YOU PAULA DEEN FOR A SUPER APPETIZER!!!

1 SIMPLE to prepare; directions were straightforward/perfect; I ended up with extra cream cheese mixture; maybe I'll use it for another set of appetizers later

2 GORGEOUS presentation---(and I ended up doing it without the tomatoes but I was really proud to share this at 2 Thanksgiving dinners yesterday, so thanks! Both groups loooooved it & polished off everything

3 DELICIOUS flavor!!! Wow---the scallion & garlic was not overpowering at all, just fantastic; and the shrimp was so juicy & delicious, full of flavor

Thank you again Paula Deena & Food Network TV for sharing these recipes...
